How Long Will An Order Take?
Providing the wood is in stock, the turnover will be within seven working days
What Are Your Delivery Terms?
Our Standard Delivery Costs is set at £3.50 for up to ten items, for over ten items, please get in touch and we'll work out the cost. The Delivery service we use is Royal Mail's First Class Recorded, So the item will be with you within 1-3 Working Days. Please note that your items will not be sent until payment has been cleared.
How Can I Pay?
We use PayPal Invoicing to collect payment, PayPal is one of the most popular, and safest ways of payment on the internet, so you can be sure of the security of your details. Once the order has been taken and the price has been confirmed, you will receive a PayPal invoice via email from Dawn Collins, payment can be taken through your PayPal account if you already have one, or they offer payment by card for those wishing not to open an account.
My Item is Faulty?
Hopefully this will never happen, but if it does, you can be assured the item will be replaced as soon as possible.
